To my lil baby in tummy

My tummy is getting bigger day by day...but the time has yet to come for my lil baby to come out to see this world...to be with Mama, Papa and 'abang Zharfan'..

So, here is a poem for my lil baby....we really2 hope to see u soon my lil boy!!!

To my unborn child,
what I wish to give you in times to come,
happiness, and wisdom, a life filled with fun,
to explore all adventures of your curious mind,
to become knowledgeable of what you'll find,
as I await your arrival and the presence of newborn cries,
I picture how you'll look when I open up my eyes.

I feel your movements every time I wake each day,
letting mommy know that you’re okay,
obstacles I hope you'll overcome,
education I know you'll get done,
I stay up late reading to you,
talking to my stomach, a feeling I never knew,
hungry all the time 'No doubt you're a son of mine',
You make me feel happy even when I'm sad,
because the formation of another life makes me glad.

Proud of you I am, I already know how you'll be,
a smart 'lil' man for mommy to see,
no worries from me a mom to be,
to a special baby boy I can't wait to see.

Life without internet?........emmm…

I couldn’t connect to the tmnet dial up yesterday, and the problem persisted until this morning…so I called up Telekom helpline #100…The staff is very helpful & friendly…Thanks God, the problem is solved now ;)

For me, life without internet…emm…feeling like something is missing…
So this morning, I quickly do my emails checking ( I have 2 official emails @iiu.edu.my + @nootingham.ac.uk, and one yahoo a/c & one gmail a/c)…

Then surfing my fav sites, blogs….which includes emenang.com

And, that puts a smile on face again, to learn that I (and my hubby’s name as well) is among the 80 winners for the contest MyMesra-Gas Petronas Caption…the prize is soooo sweet ie Big Apple Donut Vouchers! And the other good part is, MyMesra does courier the prize to winners, so no hassle for the prize collection. Thanks MyMesra!!
Anyway,never try this Big Apple donut (though I do love Dunkin Donuts..) so looking forward for the Big Apple then...

In the afternoon, I 'force' myself to start continue working on my thesis...

so I just did some reading...to warm up & kickstart the writing...emmm...working on the thesis at home needs a STRONG determination indeed...I MUST do it...as my supervisor from UK is coming over to Msia middle of June to see my progress - that means rite after my confinement..*sigh*

Quiet life in kampung...

I have been in kampung since the last Thursday...and i gonna be here for my whole confinement period..

The life here is very quiet, serene...the weather is not as hot as in KL, as it rains almost every day or alternate day...

Thanks God, I still have my internet connection via tmnet dial-up, at least I can still check my emails regularly, surfing some of my fav sites..and keeping in touch with my buddies & friends (to Ayu, thanks in advance for ur help with the prize collection yer..)

Well, my contest-related activity would be slowed down and eventually halted during my confinement..but Alhamdulillah, luck still shines for this month - April - so delighted to win some goodies in cinemaonline confession of shopalics contest, conso for supastrikas/castrol-utusan, conso for Biore's contest, and ipod Nano from KLM contest - heartiest gratitude & congrats to jing2 for KLM achievement!!

Coming back to my life at kampung..yesterday, I went for antenatal check up at KBMC- Kota Bharu Medical Centre (where I have made reservation to deliver my baby there)..Dr Lily confirms that baby is ok & healthy (now weighing apprx 2.7kg), so just waiting for the right time to deliver...may be on the due date like my Zharfan, the last 4 yours..

This morning, my hubby left for KL...leaving me & Zharfan at kampung...he's gonna come back when our lil baby comes out..soon..Insya Allah..in 2 weeks time hopefully...
