After digging thru my boy's birthday pics...I finally decided to choose this pic for the entry of Funny Birthday Moment Photo Contest...


Well...this pic was taken at Zharfan 3rd birthday party, held at KFC Wangsa Maju last year... See..his pirate birthday party headgear was kind of loose/too big for his head..it ended up like what happened in the picture-->the headgear was almost falling down, while Zharfan was trying hard to balance it, so that it wouldn't fall down !!! And guess where's Mama then?...Lor..busily mingling around chit-chatting...not really aware of what had happened to this birthday boy :p

Movie Time : Ice Age 3 - Dawn of the Dinosaurs

yepp...my Zharfan & I went to watch this movie yesterday at GSC IUtama. We arrived at around 10.40 am, and I was shocked to see the tix counter was packed with long queues of people!! We had no other choice,s but to join the 'q' lor!!!

I finally managed to purchase (ouch...this time I couldn't use my GSC complimentary passes like I do usually, as the movie is yet to list under *) the movie tix at 11.20 am (whereas according to the schedule, the movie starts at 11.10). I quickly 'q' to buy popcorn & drinks, and then ran to Hall 2 , where the movie was showing...Luckily enough, the movie hasn't started yet ...and after 5 min, at 11.30 am, the movie started to roll!!

Being a lover of this genre of film/animation, I'd give 5 stars & thumbs up to Ice Age 3!! Worth it for me spending to buy the tix (RM11 for adult & RM6 for my Zharfan). I really enjoyed it..especially the part when Ellie the mammoth was struggling to give birth & how Sid was struggling to be a good mother to the baby dinosaurs-TRex..
the plot is full of adventure & laughter, amusing yet with good message thru out it (like family value & friendship). Oh yeah, this movie also is screening in 3D :)

So here is the synopsis that I took from cinema.com.my:

Scrat is still trying to nab the ever-elusive nut (while, maybe, finding true love); Manny and Ellie await the birth of their mini-mammoth; Diego the saber-toothed tiger wonders if he's growing 'soft' hanging with his pals and Sid the sloth gets into trouble when he creates his own makeshift family by hijacking some dinosaur eggs. On a mission to rescue the hapless Sid, the gang ventures into a mysterious underground world, where they have some close encounters with dinosaurs, battle flora and fauna, run amuck - and meet a relentless, one-eyed, dino-hunting weasel named Buck.
