It's time to change | my latest cholesterol level

...nak kena tukar gaya hidup (pemakanan) dan menu seharian nampak gayanya...no excuse...

last week MZ pegi buat blood screening ie check darah utk check cholesterol level etc
sepatutnya buat every year tp last year MZ tak buat sbb tangguh2 PKP etc tgk2 dh end of 2021
this time MZ buat check-up ni kat Dunia Lab Wellness Batu Caves, MZ amik yg basic jer, harga  RM70

so as expected, sbb dh lama tak diet dan tak jaga pemakanan (makan semua benda dgn jayanya)...so kolesterol jahat (LDL) naik sampai tahap bahaya dah ni....masa tahun 2019, ratenya on the border ie 3.9...ni memang dh naik kaw2 punya...



so gigihlah MZ baca apa yg Dr Zubaidi tulis (kat his telegram) psl healthy lifestyle utk lower down the LDL tu




then MZ pun buat simple summary based on apa yg Dr Zubaidi advise tu

Avoid: daging merah, santan, produk tenusu, marjerin, mknn bergoreng, processed food, fries, frozen food, cakes, roti, pastry, biskut, cookies๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ
Take: minyak zaitun, kcg gajus, kcg badam, fish, epal, pear, kurma

MZ dh order minyak zaitun brand Olivie (via shopee)---memang selalu nampak Dr Zubaidi promo2 that product
dan insya Allah nak try buat IF or apa2 diet yg tak stressful--dulu2 MZ pernah buat atkins tp rasa stress sbb terlalu byk benda yg kena avoid, so tak leh nak istiqamah, last2 jd rebounce plak

self reminder: health is wealth, no excuse yer MZ...kena jaga kesihatan laaaa

I pula kalau makan tu berpada pada dah sekarang ni. I buat aktiviti berbasikal. At least seminggu 2 kali. If not briskwalk je.
