Healthier alternatives perhaps?

faktor usia yg semakin meningkat...so stamina dan metabolisme memang decreasing as the age increasing..

dua elemen utama utk gaya hidup sihat--kena exercise/kuarkan peluh
and jaga mkn (a.k.a tak leh bedal ikut suka hati mcm time umur 20s)

bab2 exercise...memang pyh lah nak pegi gym selagi razeen tak besar ..at least mcm ariff now sbb dh independent--boleh mandi sendiri pegi toilet dan tidur sendiri

bab2 jaga mkn..memang dh start last few months...mkn dlm keadaan conscious gitu..wpun tak dpt nak folo atkins style 100%, tapi boleh lah folo setakat 80% tu..in terms of pengurangan carbo and healthy diet...

deep in my heart...memang nak lah dptkan berat bdn yg ideal (wpun tak seselim mcm zmn bujang)..
working hard towards it wpun tak consistent sgt..

sup sayur...wpun mkn gak fish ball(failed utk menu atkins sbb ada elemen tepung gandum/carbo) ..tp rasanya this menu is a lot healthier compared to apa2 menu nasi or mee or bihun

sbb join group atkins so now kenallah benda ni..ie flax seed--pengganti kpd flour/tepung gandum..wpun rasa tak sesedap gandum, tp bila flaxseed ni dikisar/blend and dijadikan cekodok, boleh lah ditelan and memang mengenyangkan...

tak de short cut lah kalau nak maintain healthy menu..ikut pada keazaman masing2 gitu
