paksaan

my zharfan mengadu dia kata dia penat nak attend training taekwondo every week---sekali ajer actually, 2 hours every week..
honestly memang me tanya dia dulu dia nak join tak, last time dia kata nak, now dia kata penat..
even if me paksa pun, for his own benefit...nak suruh dia jd lebih konfiden, kuat, nanti nak protect adik..
and alasan me, my adik2 lelaki semua blackbelt taekwondo..so anak lelaki memang kena ada self-defence skills..

note : sedikit serba salah tapi me rasa tak nak bagi zharfan quit taekwondo..

kesian jugak suzz budak2 sekarang mcm2 kelas kena attend. kalau dia happy ok tapi kalau di tak suka, kesian jugak. isnin-jumaat dah sekolah so mayb sabtu&ahad dia lg prefer relex2 dgn parents kot

susah jugak yer.. maybe zharfan needs more encouragement from u.. cerite best2 so dia lg semangat ke.... tapi paham jugak on his side, mungkin penat..

ehmm....penat ye Zharfan...kesian juga ye. My Dania masuk Kelab Rekacipta kat sekolah. Nak masukkan Taekwondo rasa cam tak sesuai sebab Dania kurus je tapi kalau perempuan masuk Taekwondo tough kan......

kecik lagi kot MZ.. kalau dia penat nanti dia takde keihklasan nak buat.. rasa macam terpaksa plakkan.. terpulang pada MZ.. sekdar memberi pendapat..

hehe..penat of kos memang penat.. wani pun penat..pg ptg attend kelas.. late evening, turun jogging plus pantau budak2 taekwondo jogging dan wat fitness.. malam turun training lagi.. late nite, br nk study plus wat assignment.. esok plak pagi2 attend kelas kul 8... tp dgn tkwondo, wani blaja cra nk appreciate masa.. dan dgn tkwondo wani blaja utk yakin dgn diri sndiri..dan dgn tkwondo jgk wani blaja utk fokus dlm kelas..tp siyes, mmg penat...tp sbb minat, lupekan skjp penat tu.. (kan best kalo ade byk masa utk golek2 atas katil dan tido..hahahaha)

xpe..cik ngah encourage la zharfan.. buat biar dia jd ttarik dgn tkwondo.. tkwondo adalah ssuatu martial art yg sgt fun and enjoy to learn.. tp jgn smpai zharfan jd stress..nti trus dia xsuke da ngn tkwondo..

to zharfan, yeahh.. chaiyok3!!

kdg2 ksian gak..kite beriya2, tp die cam terpaksa pulak..

Yup, kena teruskan. Cuma bg dia multivitamin ke, minum milo ke or mkn2 yg bole beri tenaga.... Utk quick energy, pisang yg plg senang. Make sure dia mkn dan rehat secukupnya !
